Exclusive Gallery Space – Limited to Ten Artists for a Maximum of Ten(10) Images per Artist.
Our mission is to select only ten of the very best established international artists and allow a maximum of ten paintings or limited edition prints from each artist be offered at any one time to the discerning collector. When an original painting is sold on an edition sells-out, eStudioGold will consider replacing the artwork with a new one – provided it meets our standards.
All art must pass stringent selection requirements in order to qualify for placement on eStudioGold. Additionally, the selected artworks are not available from any other internet or “bricks and mortar” gallery.
Some artists may offer selected images for publication as high quality limited edition fine art prints. Edition sizes are small (usually 25 or fewer), and in no event will any edition exceed 49 strike-offs.
Purchasing original paintings any artist on this site is safe – eStudioGold requires that all artists offer a 30 day (from shipment of artwork) money back guarantee.
Summary of Requirements for Listing Art in the eStudioGold Gallery
- All artists displayed on this web gallery have agreed to list the selected images exclusively on eStudioGold gallery.
- They have agreed to ship anywhere in the world fully insured and properly packed at no additional charge. NOTE: customs duties, if any, are the responsibility of buyer.
- Artists have agreed to guarantee their buyers a thirty-day return privilege subject to the terms and conditions noted below.
- You will be dealing directly with the artist in all matters – our responsibility begins and ends with providing space for artists to display their original paintings or limited edition prints on the eStudioGold web gallery.
- Any and all warranties of copyright, quality and performance vest in the artist, and will not be imposed upon eStudioGold, its owners or employees under any circumstances.
The Artist’s money back guarantee is subject to the following terms & conditions.
- The purchaser must contact the Artist within 14 days of its original ship date stating the intent to return or exchange the artwork and receive return authorization and instructions. The artwork must be returned to the Artist within 30 days of its original ship date.
- This money back guarantee requires that the artwork is returned in its original packaging in the original condition. Packing and insurance for return shipment are the responsibility of the purchaser. The Artist reserves the right to return without refund any artwork that is damaged or to reduce the refund to compensate for the damage. In the event Artwork is returned in damaged condition, the Artist will contact the purchaser to discuss possible options.
- Any refund will be in the same form as used for the original purchase. Any such refund will be made only after original payment has cleared and is deposited to the Artist’s account.
- If the goods are damaged upon receipt by purchaser, then the purchaser must contact the artist within 3 business days. The Artist will arrange for and bear the cost of inspection and return shipment of the damaged artwork. the Artist will contact the purchaser upon receipt of the returned artwork to discuss possible options.
- The Artist reserves the right to retract this offer unilaterally at anytime for any reason. Note that any previous orders shipped when the money back guarantee was in effect retain their coverage for the period in effect at the time of shipment.
